Main Remarks:
  • Being is a lower level of the supply chain this companies needs some "Push" from its customers in order to engage activelly in CSR.
  • By having also clothing shops, the owner manager looked interested in reinforcing its shops brand with social responsible actions at local level.

  • Aware of CSR
Main Remarks:
  • Market and other constraingts forced the company to reanalyse its priorities and focus on business processes, leaving the CSR behind for the moment.
